I Need Your Story to Publish
I wanted to send out invitations to all my friends telling you about an opportunity I have gotten involved with called PatientNextDoor.
No, it’s not a get quick scheme, nothing like that. It’s a new blog.site and smartphone application.
I’m not selling anything either, so don’t worry, that’s not what this invitation is about.
PatientNextDoor is a free and ads free blog site and phone app that offers a no-cost social network for people all over the world to connect and share their healing journey with each other.
Currently, I am the monitor of the smartphone application and we are beginning to see people coming daily to share their fears, desires and offering hope to others who understand what they are going through.
Using data-driven tools, people using our phone app can:
- Share and compare treatment experiences with the people having similar medical conditions.
- Track their progress over time to check treatment effectiveness.
- Stay updated with information that’s important to them.
- This includes trending discussions, doctor recommendations, personalized news, local health events and much more.
The app can be downloaded from both the Apple or Google stores.
We are looking for stories of hope and help to publish on our blog site that will then be shared to our phone app.
I have had several things published there about several different types of health issues like Alzheimer’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Schizophrenia.
I wanted to ask you personally if you would be interested in sending in the story of your healing journey.
It doesn’t matter if it is mental or physical health conditions that you write about, we only ask that you follow our guidelines and tell others how you have coped with your health problems to bring them hope.
We are all on this healing journey together and I have shared my recovery story all over the internet.
Now I’m asking you to help me spread the word far and wide that although life throws us curve balls, we can overcome them together.
If you know of someone who has been on a healing journey, invite them as well!
We need as many stories about recovery from illnesses as we can gather to let folks know that recovery is possible.
